• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital/social management for a fashion brand or publication
• Equally adept at big picture thinking and tactical execution
• Strategic thinker who demonstrates sound judgment
• Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational style for social Results-oriented self-starter able to multitask and prioritize workload

• The Social Media designer plays both a creative and tactical role in creation of The RealReal’s organic and paid social media content
• This position requires a passion for social media content, fashion, and the circular economy that translates to compelling and emotional social content for all channels
• At all times, the Social Media Designer has his/her finger on the pulse of online conversation about our brand and drives both the strategy and execution of social creative
• Through close partnership with the rest of the brand team, creative and marketing, the Social Media Designer ensures we are actively engaged with and responsive to our community
• Responsible for creating organic and paid social content for TRR
