Who you are

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications capacity
Experience working with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram in a business setting
Experience running organic and paid social media campaigns
Strong communication skills with a love for writing
Ability to problem solve and work just as well independently as within a team
Able to independently structure, and manage workflow and priorities
Positive proactive, flexible, team-player who is solution-oriented
Strong relationship builder who can collaborate with all employees at the organization no matter their team or level

What the job involves

The global marketing team at Magnite brings creativity and color to our technology and client-focused solutions, translating complex capabilities into stories that resonate
They elevate Magnite’s innovations through strategic, compelling, and imaginative marketing campaigns
Within marketing, the communications team is responsible for shaping the company’s internal and external narratives
Leveraging thought leadership, media relations, and other tactics, the communications team strengthens Magnite’s global visibility and reputation
You'll collaborate closely with teams to support media relations and press strategies to advance the company’s objectives
Help maintain the news pipeline, coordinate announcement timing, and support coverage tracking
Prepare background and messaging materials for media interviews and speaking engagements
Work with internal department and business leads to craft company-wide internal communications Draft submissions for US awards and “best of” lists
Conduct daily media monitoring and competitive intelligence for Magnite
Support coverage tracking and measurement reports for the communications team
Develop organic content across Magnite’s social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram and oversee the social media content calendar
Oversee Magnite’s employee social engagement using Sprout Social
Support the Magnite communications team with external and internal projects as needed

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.

Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.

Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads.
