- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least one role in a startup, scale-up, tech, or consulting environment
- Full proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree
- Familiar with WelcomeKit and LinkedIn Recruiter

- Your role will be to drive growth across the company and culture while supporting the People team
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead first-round interviews : challenge candidates’ skills, understand their motivations and expectations, and help them picture themselves growing with us
- Coordinate internal and external events such as offsites, all-hands, trade shows, afterworks, etc
- Oversee day-to-day office management
- Oversee travel and expense policies and processes

Now, with the launch of its AI-powered bin-picking solution and a breakthrough collaboration with Fanuc, Inbolt is pushing even further, allowing robots to perform precision tasks on continuously moving production lines, without costly infrastructure changes. Already adopted by manufacturers including General Motors, the technology is showing that real-time, adaptive robotics isn't just viable, but ready for large-scale industrial deployment
