What the job involves
- We are looking for our next cohort of summer interns to spend eight weeks making a genuine impact, expanding skill sets, and bringing fresh perspectives to our team

The Compliance team at Convex offers a unique opportunity to get involved in all aspects of a global regulatory function within a fast-growing organisation
- As an intern, you will work within a flat hierarchy that encourages regular interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders across the entire business. The team's primary mission is to ensure Convex meets its regulatory requirements across every country it operates in, making it an ideal place to learn about the complexities of international insurance law and financial conduct
- In this role, you will support key frameworks such as Conduct Risk, Financial Crime, and Delegated Underwriting approvals. The work is highly collaborative and cross-functional, involving everything from monitoring reviews and policy updates to developing sophisticated management information
- You will also assist in product oversight and governance work, helping to drive the company’s strategic objectives while ensuring the business remains compliant and resilient. It is a fantastic environment for an intern who wants to develop a broad understanding of how a modern (re)insurer maintains its integrity and regulatory standing on a global scale
