Who you are

A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
Experience in Sales and Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications
Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

We are currently expanding our German Sales team and looking for a motivated and native German-speaking Sales Account Executive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division
As a German-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers
This role requires excellent communication skills in German, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts
Proactively support customers in using our products and services
Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services
Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products
Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals
Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance
