Who you are
- BSc, MSc or PhD degree in the life sciences
- Experience in project, product or program management
- Experience in data analysis/science
- Experience supporting teams in fast-paced and constantly changing environments

- Ability to get to the crux of a problem and find effective solutions in ambiguity

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Data Project Coordinator who is passionate about the execution and successful delivery of data acquisition projects to enable our model building efforts. At Iso Labs you will be a core part of the data team, building our large scale, high quality data asset to power our next generation of groundbreaking AI/ML models
- Support the data acquisition life cycle including processing data requests, gathering forecasts and managing vendor enrollment
- Proactively identify potential data sources, managing initial outreach, coordinating meetings, and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM
- Facilitating regular communication both internally and externally to improve visibility and ensure smooth running and success of data projects
- Assisting in the preparation of content for data project reviews as well as maintaining and updating internal documentation
- Contribute to the wider data team’s efforts to build a large, diverse, and high quality data asset that powers Iso Labs’ next generation of drug discovery ML models
- Communicate your work and raise awareness of opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the data team
