Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of on-page optimization and content SEO
- Solid technical SEO foundations: you can write and validate JSON-LD from scratch, manage hreflang at scale, and diagnose crawl and indexation issues independently
- Comfortable working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support
- Strong analytical mindset — you connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic
- Fluent in English; strong written communication skills
What the job involves
- As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic
- If you're the kind of SEO who thinks beyond rankings, who's already paying attention to how AI systems surface content, and who wants to build something with real business impact — this role was written for you
- Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale
- Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility
- Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site
- Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage across all content types
- Drive our visibility in AI-powered search — optimising content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when a hotelier searches for hotel management software
- Monitor performance across Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush — translating data into clear priorities and actions
Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back-of-house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back-of-house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2025 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
