What the job involves

ClimateAI is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization. You will be an early member of the sales team to help us build and to pioneer selling our ClimateLens Adaptation Platform into global enterprises
This person will work shoulder-to-shoulder with other Sales Executives and the VP of Sales in landing enterprise customers and further scaling out our repeatable sales processes.
Our AI technology is best in class and has never before been successfully sold at scale. We are targeting 100% growth this year and already work with many great referenceable brands
This role is remote and requires up to 30% travel, and west coast location is preferred
Build pipeline, land new clients, and close deals
Prospect and Source leads leveraging tools like Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Meltwater, and more
Qualify inbound interest to drive people through the pipeline
Be the ClimateAI Expert: lead enterprise evaluations and perform remote and on-site reviews of our technology
Follow a structured sales process and track your success via a CRM
Own a territory, accounts, and develop a personal sales and account plan to drive your success
Help iterate on the sales playbook — work cross-functionally with other business units to define what you need to sell
