Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years as an Account Manager in an ad tech company or a related field
- Proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns and client relationships in the ad tech space
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager and digital advertising technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data, present insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Fluent in English
What the job involves
- BeReal is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the UK/EMEA market
- The Account Manager will be responsible for preparing, delivering and managing paid campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling
- You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and ensure smooth operations, while pushing for quick and effective results
- Prepare, deliver, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using BeReal adtech stack, especially Google Ad Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs are met
- Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and holding routine meetings
- Actively upsell and cross-sell additional campaigns and advertising solutions to clients based on their needs
- Work with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to align campaign strategies and objectives
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve campaign offerings and client experience
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress and future opportunities
