Who you are
- A strong executor, with 2+ years of experience who enjoys getting into the weeds, can work independently, build from scratch and get things done
- A generalist who is smart, flexible, and a fast learner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that will require you to manage competing priorities and deadlines, pivot quickly, and build new processes as the company scales
- An analytical and structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A clear communicator who is not afraid to speak their mind with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times per month
What the job involves
- Addition Wealth is looking for a Client Success Manager to help us grow and scale our business. If you enjoy streamlining and improving on operational processes, managing client relationships, working with end users to understand needs and pain points, and driving exceptional business results, we’d love to hear from you
- You will succeed if you are customer-focused, scrappy, strategic, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into challenges of all shapes and sizes
- Onboarding and Account Management / Customer Success: Managing customer relationships, you’ll be the point of contact for many of our employer partners and users
- Customer Support: You’ll lead our customer support function. This means you’ll be at the heart of it all - hearing valuable feedback from customers and end users
- Build operational tests and processes for the first time. We are still early - this means you will be iterating on existing processes and building new ones
- Travel 50% or more as needed to meet with clients and attend events

Addition Wealth provides a holistic financial wellness platform for employees, helping businesses to support their staff with successful investing, tax optimization, home purchasing, savings, and other financial wellness opportunities. In addition to providing financial advice for free, the software also includes financial health visualization dashboards, allowing employees to gain a holistic understanding of how to better their financial future.
Building on this foundation, Addition Wealth's new AI-powered platform lets companies tailor financial wellness to their employees' needs. From guidance on students loans, retirement planning, or emergency savings to interactive courses and access to financial professionals, it make support practical and personal. And by combining education, tools, and human advice in one solution, it helps employees make smarter financial decisions while giving businesses a meaningful way to improve overall financial well-being.
