Our take
Businesses in the hospitality sector looking to grow revenue must stay on top of a multitude of operations, including deliveries, kitchen management, orders and payments. This can be difficult and time-consuming for the fast-paced industry, which is why Openr has built an all-in-one data orchestration platform for hospitality businesses.
Openr’s platform offers an agile system that manages various hospitality operations, such as generating menu boards, allergy guides, and loyalty and membership management tools. The platform grows with its customer’s business, utilising dynamic pricing and allowing space for new software innovations and tools that the customer might adopt. Openr, then, is as flexible as its customers and understands and accommodates the ebbs and flows of the sector.
Claiming to be the first of its kind for hospitality, Openr has a potentially large market, exemplified by its early $3 million investment from Azzurri and Octopus Ventures in 2025. Though young, Openr’s focused target market gives it plenty of room to grow.
