Role
Who you are
- We’re hunting for a passionate Engineering Manager with a solid technical background in Data and AI
- At least 2 years of experience as a Engineering Manager or a similar role, coordinating and managing Data engineering and/or AI projects
- Previous experience in direct client interactions and stakeholder relationship management
- A solid technical background in data engineering (Python, Scala, Spark, etc.) is essential, and experience in the AI field (ML, DP, GenAI, etc.) is highly valued
- Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps
- Ability to understand and work with detailed technical documentation
- Strong analytical and consultative skills for providing technical solutions
- Experience following agile principles to deliver value to clients
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and identify potential risks
- Fluent English (MANDATORY)
- A strong team player mindset

- Support the team in client interactions
- Analyze and design technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements
- Oversee and ensure the quality of project deliverables
- Conduct data and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary
