Role
Who you are
- We are seeking candidates who are passionate about finance and enthusiastic about the dynamic world of influencer marketing
- Ideally you should possess a robust skill set in financial experience within the media or marketing sector, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience working within a Media/Marketing finance team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication
- Strong Spreadsheet knowledge
- Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, and Xero also a plus
What the job involves
- The face of Finance for the US Team and being the interface with the UK based Finance function
- Management of Creator and Creator Agent communications on payment
- AP Management, liaising with UK based back office processing team to ensure timely and accurate payment of Creator and other suppliers
- AR Management, liaising with UK based back office processing team to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Debt management, chasing overdue debtors, working with the US commercial Team to ensure there is no damage to Client relations
- Responsible for collecting the correct Client and Supplier Tax information - W9, W8 etc. before any payments are made
- Hold an understanding of the P&L, Targets and Pulse tracking
- Support the Director of FP&A with tracking, reporting and forecasting
- Support the US Team with Finance processing on Waves, monday.com and Hubspot
- Assist with annual audit and associated schedules
- Ad hoc projects to scale and automate processes - mindset of constant process improvement
