Demand Generation Manager, Orkes

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with a track record of driving pipeline growth
• Expert in paid search, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
• Deep understanding of ABM strategies, including account selection, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment
• Experience planning and executing in-person events with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline acceleration
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize performance
• A results-driven mindset, with a passion for experimentation and a bias for action

• As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
• You’ll leverage digital channels, ABM strategies, and in-person events to connect with our ideal customers and accelerate their journey with Orkes
• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including paid search (Google, Meta), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms
• Partner closely with the SDR team to drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs and engage high-value accounts
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and execution
• Plan and execute in-person events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and field events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience
• Own pipeline goals, ensuring marketing-driven leads and sales qualified opportunities (SQLs) contribute meaningfully to revenue growth
