What the job involves
- We are currently seeking an Associate Owner Relations Agent to join our team working remotely in Canada
- This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT
- Answer incoming oil and gas owner relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs
- Log owner inquiries into a case tracking system
- Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more experienced Owner Relations Agents
- Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with another person
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Ability to work in a remote/work from home environment is required
