Who you are
- Passion for AI/ML, data science, and its real-world applications
- Experience coding in at least one industry-standard programming language (Python or R strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in customer-facing work
- Graduating in Spring 2027 or later, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
What the job involves
- As a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern at Domino, you’ll spend 10–12 weeks working directly with our customers and teams to help them realize value from the Domino platform
- Unlike traditional engineering internships, FDE interns blend software engineering skills with customer empathy and domain awareness
- Throughout your internship, you’ll get hands-on experience writing code, designing solutions, and supporting real-world, high-stakes environments spanning healthcare, life sciences, finance, government, and beyond
- At Domino, we believe in giving interns opportunities to contribute to impactful and visible projects from the start
- You’ll gain mentorship, practical experience, and a strong understanding of what it means to be an FDE, all while making a meaningful contribution to our customers and teams
