Role
Who you are
- You are a results-driven performance marketing professional with a proven history of delivering data-driven, impactful campaigns
- You excel at using analytics to uncover insights and improve performance
- You are a skilled collaborator, able to work cross-functionally across time zones
- You are known for your organizational and communication skills, you manage multiple priorities effortlessly
- 3+ years paid marketing experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads platforms (including Google Ads editor)
- 1+ year experience managing budgets (five figures monthly)
- 1+ year in a B2B environment (driving MQLs for a sales team)
- Experience using a project management platform such as Asana
- Experience using CMS page builders such as WordPress
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Desirable
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- Working knowledge of 3rd party tags and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo
What the job involves
- This role involves collaborating closely with our global teams in EMEA and APAC to drive strategic growth initiatives and help scaling Clio’s international growth through paid marketing channels
- The Performance Marketing Team thrives on solving complex challenges that fuel sustainable growth. As part of a dynamic group of high achievers, we craft and execute strategic campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects through digital advertising channels
- Paid Search (SEM)
- Execute on Global SEM strategy, building and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms
- Work with International Teams (EMEA, APAC) contributing to their monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
- Manage channel budgets daily, ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Build and edit landing pages using WordPress
- Provide weekly reporting of KPIs and performance metrics
- Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Implement Core and Global Paid Social strategies, managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create lead gen forms within ad platforms and integrate them with tools such as Marketo or Workato
- Collaborate with international teams (EMEA, APAC) to support their strategic plans
- Manage budgets daily and deliver weekly performance reports
- Data & Measurement
- Analyze all aspects of Clio's marketing funnel and identify the largest areas of improvement to implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Develop innovative marketing ideas using research and data insights
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations through regular reporting

Modern law firms increasingly manage their work digitally but the lack of a specialised remote solution means that workflows have become fragmented. This leads to legal practice managers having to juggle multiple software solutions across various devices.
Clio provides a legal practice management platform designed for law firms, allowing users to manage billing for legal aid cases, access and manage documents and store files across multiple devices. Whilst other startups are operating in this niche, Clio has uniquely focussed on synchronisation across remote devices and on a wide range of integrations, allowing the user to access information from other industry standard software such as Xero and Klyant from within a single interface.
Clio has raised a large amount of investment capital, most recently in a 2021 Series E round which saw the company attain unicorn status with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. This funding is being used to accelerate its product development, hire additional talent, and for expansion into new markets with a focus on the EMEA region, particularly the UK and Ireland.
