Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event marketing, preferably in the tech industry (B2B & SaaS)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with event management tools and platforms
What the job involves
- As the Event Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic event marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events, from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and product launches
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify key industry events and opportunities for participation, sponsorship, or hosting
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant event content, including presentations, collateral, and promotional materials
- Ensure consistent and effective representation of the company's brand at all events
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the industry
- Implement strategies to maximize lead generation through events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
- Track and analyze the performance of events to measure ROI and make data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event activities with overall marketing objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to event participation
