What the job involves
- You will support the business by smoothly organizing and coordinating our Chicago Office, facility operations, and members of our Executive team. Provide high-level administrative support to our Office Staff by handling confidential information requests, arranging meetings, and handling ad hoc requests
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees regarding most internal information, meeting coordination, and Chicago Office travel arrangements
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Chicago Office
- Being responsible and accountable for all expenditures, with monthly review with your manager of expenditures against the budget
- Coordinates internal events, team-building, summer/holiday parties, and catering for the Office
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of all office equipment and furniture, including evidence of necessary company assets
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right office personnel
- Filing and organizing records and other important documentation
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment; being responsible for the repairs being done on time, within the budget, and correctly
- Complete and reconcile expenses for Pricefx Chief Officers and support in ad-hoc requests
- 21 Hours per week in the office is mandatory (Mon/Wed/Thurs)
