What the job involves
- You won’t just be inheriting an existing book of business - we want you to challenge, improve, and create meaningful partnerships that drive mutual success
- You will have the freedom to make real, impactful decisions from day one
- Define and lead strategies to grow and manage a portfolio of Navro’s strategic accounts in the UK/Europe
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, including payroll and pension operations, identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Client Solutions) to deliver seamless account management and customer success
- Design and execute account strategies that align with clients’ objectives, focusing on maximising customer value and driving revenue growth
- Analyse account performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and proposal development, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Navro and the client
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations, supported by comprehensive stakeholder mapping
- Represent Navro at client meetings, industry events, and conferences, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers
- Share best practices and provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Travel as needed to support client relationships and industry events

However, processing remains a hiccup in many B2B buying/selling processes. Looking to address inefficiencies in the global payments market is Navro, with its "one contract and one API" approach.
Normally, payees and payers must deal with multiple service providers and navigate various regulatory systems. Navro instead unifies disparate processes into one platform. The company targets a broad range of clients from marketplace and eCommerce businesses to those managing pensions and payroll, and boasts an expanding customer base.
Navro recently secured Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licenses in both the UK and Ireland, signifying significant regulatory progress and potential market expansion. The company has secured substantial funding, with $41 million in Series B awarded in 2025. This will be crucial for fuelling Navro's growth and strengthening its global payments infrastructure.
