Technical Product Manager, Blockstream

• 7+ years product management experience or equivalent roles
• Experience leading products with API surfaces and developer users
• Demonstrated ability to incubate new ideas, validate and ship products in ambiguous or developing markets
• Analytical mindset and metrics-driven approach. Can use data to inform decisions
• B.S. in Computer Science or other technical fields of study
• Strong grasp of the Bitcoin and Lightning protocols
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with remote team members in different time zones (spanning Europe, Americas and Australia.)

Desirable

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead Blockstream’s efforts to onboard more users onto the Lightning network
• The role includes product oversight of Core Lightning, Greenlight, and the integration of Lightning features in other Blockstream products
• Engage with developers, businesses and end users to identify market needs and pain points. Create a product vision to accelerate Lightning adoption
• Validate, develop and deploy strategies to grow revenue
• Optimize the user experience for all segments and users, including developers, node operators, consumer/business end-users
• Work with engineering to build a roadmap that balances features and strategic efforts with platform improvements and advances to the Lightning specification
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to align strategy, sales and marketing efforts, and plans with other product teams
