Email & SMS Operations Associate, Rula

• 3+ years of experience managing the planning and execution of email + SMS campaigns via highly intelligent email + communications platforms (preferably Iterable)
• 3+ years of experience interpreting, communicating, and actioning on key lifecycle analytics via complex data systems and tools (preferably Looker)
• Experience running lifecycle marketing test + learn optimization programs
• Experience using handlebar logic and segmentation to customize lifecycle experiences and communications

• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, personalized automations, refine our reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand our test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement
