• You have experience working at the sales end of a fast-paced, context-switching environment, ideally a B2B startup to scale-up
• You have owned and developed administrative processes into operational flows
• You have used automation to increase speed or accuracy
• You can seamlessly prioritise, communicate clearly and manage expectations across teams
• You can demonstrate delivering accurate work at pace without compromising on standards or customer/partner satisfaction

• You’re the wizard behind the scenes behind every contract we close. You not only pull companies into our system, but you make sure that our Partner Leads can get quotes back, and our customers can lock in fair prices, fast.
• You'll own the full back-of-house tender journey from quoting to contract lock-in:
• Manage the process for uploading huge numbers of tenders every day, and releasing quotes to our customers and partners
• Own our contract processes, ensuring we’re compliant, fast, and effective
• Be the day-to-day link with our Product Team to identify and resolve issues
• 🟢 Optimising for Scale
• You’re taking us from a thousand customers to tens of thousands. You’re making what we do now fit for scale - without you, we can’t grow!
• You'll make our processes more efficient and scalable:
• Map out our tendering process from request through to lock-in, and keep it up to date as you drive us forward
• Identify consistent blockers and reduce manual work, using automation or working with Product where needed
• You’ll get us ready to support the delivery of new products, and new channels, by coming up with innovative solutions

• *You’ll get the day-to-day done, without losing focus on the future. You will be the person that the team relies on to make sure we all move fast, by seeing all of the moving pieces and making sure we focus on the most important things.*

• Own balancing urgent requests across teams without losing focus on top priorities
• Clearly explain what’s being prioritised (and why) to manage expectations across the business
