• You have experience working at the sales end of a fast-paced, context-switching environment, ideally a B2B startup to scale-up
• You have owned and developed administrative processes into operational flows
• You have used automation to increase speed or accuracy
• You can seamlessly prioritise, communicate clearly and manage expectations across teams
• You can demonstrate delivering accurate work at pace without compromising on standards or customer/partner satisfaction

• You'll manage the full tender journey from quoting to contract lock-in:
• Upload tenders daily and ensure everything’s accurate and on time
• Share live contracts and links with partners/customers, terminating any that fail credit checks
• Make sure returned contracts are signed and locked in promptly to keep things moving
• 🟢 Optimising for Scale
• You'll make the tendering process more efficient and scalable:
• Map out every step from tender to lock-in and keep it up to date
• Identify blockers and reduce manual work, using automation or working with Product where needed
• Continuously improve the process with input from Commercial, CS, and Onboarding Ops
• 🟢 Prioritisation & Delivery
• You’ll juggle a lot, but know what matters most and act fast:
• Balance urgent requests across teams without losing focus on top priorities
• Clearly explain what’s being prioritised (and why) to manage expectations
• Deliver quickly, without compromising on quality or accuracy
