Customer Success Specialist, Holded

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Training)
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Proven experience conducting trainings, webinars, and customer education initiatives
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions
• Track record of success in improving customer retention and expansion
• Spanish native speaker with a good level of English
• Tech-savvy and experienced with SaaS platforms

• We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers maximize the value of Holded, driving retention and expansion strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide training to customers through webinars, video tutorials, and live sessions
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer adoption and retention
• Assist customers in implementing Holded, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive expansion
• Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product and services
