Sales Development Representative, Spiral

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record with at least 3 years in a sales development role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• You have Impeccable copywriting skills, superb verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and identify trends and patterns in data
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both marketing and sales teams
• Proficient in CRM software and knowledgeable in lead qualification and nurturing methodologies
• Self-motivated and organized with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Desirable

• As our Sales Development Representative, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be instrumental in creating and nurturing sales-qualified leads from marketing campaigns, email sequences, calls, and meetings, and turning them into effective sales conversations
• Working in lockstep with the sales team, you’ll develop a keen understanding of client needs and market opportunities, laying the groundwork for powerful sales engagements
• Write, perform, and optimize email sequences on a daily basis to engage prospects through outbound emails, webinars, conferences, newsletters, and other sources
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of interested prospects, scheduling sales meetings or demos for the sales team
• Meet prospects independently and qualify for opportunities through Zoom meetings and calls to identify new sales opportunities from marketing-generated leads
• Work closely with our VP of Marketing and CRO to refine lead qualification processes, aligning marketing strategies with sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate leads within each unique territory and ensure seamless handover of sales-qualified leads, fostering synergy and cohesion between sales and marketing efforts
• Leverage CRM tools to optimize campaigns, track engagement, report on lead activity, and provide insights into lead generation effectiveness
• Keep abreast of industry changes, trends, and events to inform strategic outreach and positioning of Spiral
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Spiral’s products/services to effectively communicate our value proposition
