Who you are

5+ years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer / Manager with both Manual and Automation testing
Real-world experience with JavaScript/Typescript automation testing frameworks (e.g. Jest
Or Cypress)
Experience with Test Management tool (Xray)
Safe handling of Node.js and APIs (GraphQL, REST-API)
Familiar with database technologies such as Postgres
Proficient in code versioning with Git and working with GitHub
Fluent in spoken and written English and excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experienced in working in a multicultural team
Provide oversight and recommendations on improvement for testing tools
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services

Making supply chains proactive to external changes requires us to monitor external changes and provide alerts at the right place at the right time to stop exceptions

Our take

Holocene is a startup focused on revolutionising trade compliance and logistics. Although it's still in the early stages, the company is already showing great potential by offering solutions that simplify and integrate the complex, ever-changing global trade regulations and policies. Something that can greatly improve the efficiency of logistics and supply chain companies.

It’s encouraging that Holocene was backed and partly incubated by Berlin-based startup company builder BEAM, as well as Beumer Group – a multinational intralogistics systems manufacturer operating in 70 countries.

While the early signs are promising for the startup, the next big steps will be to secure significant funding to scale while expanding its customer base in Germany.
