What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and oversee project management and business analysis functions
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly results oriented individual who can expertly manage projects from conception through delivery, while also providing high-quality business analysis to support strategic initiatives
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value to the organization
Lead and manage multiple, complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets, and establish project deliverables, milestones, and KPIs
Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, managing expectations, and facilitating transparent communication
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, actionable insights and support decision-making processes
Gather and document requirements, and translate them into function specifications for project implementation and document all processes
Develop and maintain documentation on current and future state processes, system
Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions through clear and insightful visualizations and narratives
