Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable crafting compelling outreach and presenting to external stakeholders
- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast moving environment
- Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with senior sales leaders and cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with the RIA/wealth management space and/or lead generation solutions is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Intellectually curious, resilient, and driven to consistently improve
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to communicate via phone calls and/or video conferences (mainly for concierge and sales roles)

- The Enterprise Sales & Account Management team at SmartAsset is a group of sales professionals and sales managers located across the country
- We are adding to our team as the company works to add new business to our fast-growing client base
- Our team of Enterprise Account Executives and managers are hard working and passionate about sales, our product, and our company, and are eager to learn and see growth both personally and professionally
- In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, focused on sourcing and developing new business opportunities with enterprise-level RIAs and wealth management firms
- You will work closely with other members of the Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams to build relationships with key decision makers and drive new business in our Enterprise marketplace
- This is a high impact, high visibility role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is hungry to grow
- Proactively identify, research, and prospect new RIAs, broker dealers, and advisory platforms that align with SmartAsset’s Advisor Marketing Platform offering
- Conduct high volume outbound outreach via email, phone, and other mediums to engage prospective clients and secure discovery meetings with executive level decision makers
- Support sales process execution by preparing materials, coordinating follow ups, and documenting client interactions in Salesforce
- Work cross functionally with Operations, Legal, and Account Management teams to ensure prospects receive a world class and compliant sales experience
- Contribute to team growth by testing new outreach tactics, sharing feedback, and helping to improve internal processes
