Junior Graphic Designer, Mous

• 1 year of experience working in graphic design and artwork
• Proficient in Adobe CC Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

• For these ventures, we require an enthusiastic individual who can think creatively and work on a diverse range of projects and with people across different areas of the business, from ecommerce and marketing to product and customer experience
• The design of our website, marketplaces, product, packaging and all assets shared online have a huge impact on both the performance of our business and our brand perception overtime
• We’re therefore looking for someone that can join the dots between the creative and the commercial and manage our designs efficiently and effectively
• Your work will be seen by 100,000s of customers everyday
• As a Junior Graphic Designer at Mous, you'll work collaboratively with our Creative team
• You will report directly to Lucy Hutchinson, our Chief Brand & Creative Officer
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, playing a crucial role in driving our projects to successful completion with precision and efficiency
• You will have a tangible impact on the business and we’ll be asking you to hit the ground running, learning the ins and outs of the Mous brand, product offering, future project pipeline and core channels so you can jump into design direction quickly
• Being onboarded to new products and design briefs from the Mous team
• Liaising with Mous team on timelines and deliverables
• Creating image assets to launch new products through all our channels
• Coming up with ideas for in-house Mous Collabs designs and brand collaborations
• Creating final artwork for Mous Collabs phone cases and transferring it to various devices
• Optimising Amazon assets e.g., A+ content or product gallery images
• Optimising the Mous website e.g., crafting new image or design assets
• Creating designs or assets for CRM campaigns
• Optimising CRM flow designs
• Launch all upcoming products on time and to a standard that upholds our brand and creates commercial success for our business
• Optimise current CRM flows and campaign templates
• Optimise the Mous website to bring it more on brand and increase AOV and conversion rate
• Get the business into a place where they can confidently scale Mous Collabs, launching a new in-house design every month on top of large brand collaborations
