Who you are
- You have 3+ years product management experience in fast-growing teams
- Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural aptitude for clearly articulating customer problems

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and user-focused Product Manager to join our Care Navigation Pod, which is re-imagining how clients are guided into the right care at the right time
- In this role, you’ll help shape and execute the roadmap for our Unified Front Door and activation flow, ensuring clients experience a seamless journey from onboarding through engagement
- You’ll partner closely with cross-functional peers in Engineering, Design, App Science, and Growth Product Marketing while reporting directly to the Head of Product
- Be the voice of our users. Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent member needs and the way they interact with our product. Use those insights to inform product decisions, deliver on user needs and and drive meaningful outcomes for the business
- Own critical roadmap areas. Take responsibility for a significant portion of the Care Navigation roadmap, including Unified Front Door initiatives. Translate strategy into clear, prioritized features that meaningfully improve activation and client yield
- Drive end-to-end product development. Lead discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user-centric features. Define key performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize
- Drive operational excellence through collaboration and communication. Lead and collaborate with design, engineering and other cross functional peers and leadership to provide input and visibility into the product development process and define and ship a consistent, high quality experience across the “whole product”

Demand for mental health services in the U.S. is soaring, yet therapeutic services are generally expensive, uniform, and hard to access for the majority of people. This is mainly due to the fact that most mental health practitioners don't accept insurance or work within a healthcare infrastructure.
SonderMind tackles the shortage of accessible mental health services by providing a digital network that matches the specific needs of patients with mental health specialists. What's more, the patient’s insurance coverage network is considered when determining a match, allowing users to find personalized therapeutic services that fit within their budget.
In addition to its therapy recommendation service, Sondermind also provides tools for therapy booking, organization, and billing. Ultimately, the startup has taken an interesting stance within the therapy landscape by focusing on providing personalized and easy-to-use booking services that are flexible within different budgets and insurance plans.
