Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines
  • 2+ years leading people within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
  • High tech and/or startup experience
  • Strong experience with data and KPIs
  • Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment
  • Highly accountable with a “can do” attitude
  • Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners

What the job involves

  • As the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Operations team, you will be the person in Talent Acquisition aligned to specific business groups
  • This includes being responsible for overseeing staffing strategy, resource planning, team management and hitting KPIs
  • You will also be a key partner to the HR Business Partners aligned to the same business leaders and their teams
  • Lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters
  • Design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met
  • Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
  • Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel
  • Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent
