Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a seasoned HR Business Partner supporting teams across EMEA, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
- Experience in multinational fast-paced companies, ideally in tech or similar environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and geographies
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and organization. Strong focus on execution and delivering results
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and an independent learner
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or a related field
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required by the role
What the job involves
- We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner to join our global People team
- This person will be the primary and sole focal point for everything people-related in EMEA - HR, operations, culture, and more. They will own the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring that global HR processes work locally while driving clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency across regions

- HR Partnership & Advisory
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across EMEA on all People matters — development, processes, policies, employee relations, and people practices
- Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, applying knowledge of local labour law and employment regulations across key EMEA markets (with particular depth in UK employment law)
- Coach and upskill people managers, building management capability across the region
- HR Operations
- Own HR operational excellence across the region, including:
- Maintaining accurate employee data, contracts, and records; conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with local requirements
- Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and day-to-day HR inquiries — ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience
- Executing back-office HR tasks and ad hoc projects to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors where cross-functional expertise is required
- Culture & Engagement
- Champion Innovid's culture and values across EMEA, building a cohesive and inclusive regional environment that reflects the company's global identity
- Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives, acting on feedback and survey insights to continuously improve the employee experience
- Support DEI goals by ensuring equitable practices across all people processes in the region
- Talent & Organisational Effectiveness
- Drive consistency in HR practices across teams and locations by building reliable, sustainable workflows
- Support workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational design in alignment with global frameworks
- Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline conversations in partnership with global People leadership
Our take
In 2007, Innovid's founders Zvika, Tal, and Zack came together to make digital video do more. Digital was on the rise, and it was time for video to step up. Two years later, Innovid filed the first patent to insert interactive objects into video. Since then, it has evolved to run as an independent advertising and measurement platform for the world's largest brands.
Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. It also works with the industry to help advertisers scale how they create, deliver and measure ads across different platforms.
Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with over 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating and most recently announced the expansion of its Social Ad Manager to include full ads management for Reddit, allowing marketers to plan, actrivate, measure and optimize campaigns within a unified workflow.
