Who you are

You have a passion for and an affinity with learning and personal growth
You enjoy collaborating with others and organizing programs/events
You are proactive and independent in your work
You are service-minded and result-driven
You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
You are available for minimum of 6 months
You are able to start right away (however we can of course discuss)
Previous experience in working in a start-up/scale-up environment
You have a background in Educational Sciences, (Organizational) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication studies, or similar field

What the job involves

We want to offer high-quality training programs to our clients that fits their exact needs
Together with the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for strengthening our existing client relations and delivering the best Lepaya learning solution
We need you to help answer all these questions and to implement them to create the best possible Lepaya experience
Making sure our clients love us
Assessing client needs and translate these into inspiring learning programs that we believe will have impact (in collaboration with SAM and CSM)
Help to customize learning programs to better fit the client’s need & context
Analyzing best practices, trainer/training ratings and the impact of the Lepaya learning experience at the client
Constantly looking for procedural and process changes to improve operational efficiency
Collaborating with Onboarding & Implementation team to ensure seamless execution of training programs
Collaborating with CSM on day to day duties and responsibilities

Lepaya is an edtech company which was established with the belief that the right training at the right time is paramount to making organisations more productive. They provide training via a hybrid learning model, combining bite-sized online content with group sessions led by experienced trainers.
