Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
- Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Willingness to travel (~20–25%)
What the job involves
- The Field & ABM Marketing Manager is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives that align with sales goals, developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- The role focuses on engaging priority accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting sales enablement through strategic partnership and effective communication
- Strategic Partnership with Sales: Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
- ABM Program Development: Design and execute targeted ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to engage priority new business accounts, moving them through the funnel with personalized, multi-touch campaigns
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances) to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and host high-impact regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles
- Performance & Optimization: Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts
- Sales Enablement & Communication: Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and keep stakeholders informed on marketing priorities
- Marketing Operations Savvy: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and track campaigns independently

Tanium added a former US Defence Secretary to its Board in 2021. A collaboration with Salesforce provided a platform that supports IT service management, remote monitoring and management, and cybersecurity capabilities. In the same year, the appointment of CFO Mark Levine could signal an IPO in the near future.
