Senior Software Engineer, Reddit

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of hands on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing systems, especially on statistical framework
• Significant experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Go, Java, Scala, C++, Python)
• Deep expertise in Backend engineering, distributed systems, databases, etc

• Your team will be focused on three key areas:
• Budget-aware experiment frameworks - Build and scale underlying systems to improve the budget-split experiment velocity
• Ads Experimentation infra – Empower feature teams and advertisers to run multiple A/B tests in parallel, with easy to access metrics and reports
• Experiment readouts and analyses - Evolve automated readout to catch valuable insights and help decision making in an ad marketplace with ever growing complexities
• Build and scale ads experimentation framework and infra
• Design end-to-end technical solutions to customer problems
• Lead other engineers in implementing your technical designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions
