Digital Designer, EQL

• A hands-on graphic/digital designer with solid design foundations and relevant professional experience
• Confident producing high-quality digital assets across social, web, presentations, and campaigns
• Comfortable working closely with creative, marketing, and product stakeholders

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple design tasks with accuracy

Desirable

• Producing day-to-day digital design work across web, social media, and campaigns
• Designing presentation decks and visual storytelling materials
• Creating social content, including static assets, short videos, and simple animations
• Supporting consistent, high-quality visual output across all digital channels
• Producing occasional print-based design assets (e.g. posters, banners, flyers for events)
• Ensuring all design work adheres to EQL branding guidelines
• Supporting short video and motion work, from simple motion graphics to more developed content
• Working with existing assets to create engaging, motion-led outputs
• Reviewing, editing, and designing content that combines video and written articles
• Supporting content production in collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams
• Assisting with the coordination and delivery of creative projects
• Supporting production tasks such as location scouting, video shoots, and asset organisation
• Managing assets, timelines, and deliverables to help projects move forward
