Who you are
- You must also be open to 20-30% travel
- 8-12 years of experience with driving outcome-based partner relationships in SaaS / Software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals
- Effective sales presentation, forecasting, and planning skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, phenomenal teammate and team player
- Strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity
- You are a coachable and organized individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills who can take a consultative sales approach
What the job involves
- Act as extension to our Regional Sales Leadership to drive effective territory plans, target account plans and successful customer deployments with our capable partners
- Positively drive the relationships with partners throughout the region and enable partners to influence client activity
- Build and connect partners within our ecosystem to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities
- Delivery of a specific and defined ACV quota Proprietary/Internal
- Execute territory and target account plans with focus partners
- Drive sales opportunity velocity & closure with Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Qualify sales opportunities, setting proper customer expectations
- Support a structured renewal process to support upsell & cross sell motions
- Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale our regional sales engine
- Develop a thorough understanding of OneTrust products and roadmap
- Handle partner contract negotiations and accurately forecasting to management
- Effective communication of partner impact on Regional Sales Plan
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives
- You will need to demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions, make recommendations and coach partners around our products and future product developments
