- Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic engagement and value-driven solutions

- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales
- 2+ years of experience in early stage, high growth environment
- Food & Beverage industry, or a related industry, experience is preferred

What the job involves
- Crafty is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive national sales
- Your primary responsibility will be to bring Crafty’s offerings into corporate offices with a relationship-based sales approach
- You will join our current team to help us meet our forward-looking revenue objectives
- This person will focus most on the middle and bottom of funnel activities: uncovering business goals, conducting platform demos, building proposals, coordinating client contract processes, and winning deals
- Once our clients are launched, Sales Executives do not manage the ongoing operations of that client account, however, expansion sales is another key responsibility
- Goal #1: By the end of your first month in seat you will complete the rigorous and detailed training and onboarding, this will ensure you will be ready to lead conversations with pre-qualified prospects by month two
- Goal #2: By or before your 3rd month you will begin closing new logos and generating revenue
- Goal #3: Within your first 12 months you will deliver $2.7M in contracted revenue across more than a dozen wins

At its core, the idea is simple. Crafty delivers all your food and drink to all your offices, and puts your budgets and data for everything in one place. A simple, but surprisingly unique idea. Where it excels, however, is in its range of kitchen-related services on the platform. The platform adapts to remote and hybrid working models, with food boxes for at-home employees or ‘Crafty Credit’ for the WFH-ers to order supplies for themselves. Need to cater a lunch? Crafty links you up with local suppliers. It even offers to set up and run a mini coffee shop station inside your office.
Crafty has cornered a gap in the market, particularly with its provisions for the burgeoning number of businesses adopting remote or hybrid working. It’s made clients of companies like PayPal, Yelp, and Duolingo, and its 2024 fundraising is focused on accelerating platform development and market penetration.
