Who you are
- Our ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of product management processes with a proven track record of building and leading successful Product teams
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Director or Head of Product
- Have a deep understanding of product management processes, including customer feedback analysis, and experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
- Have a proven track record of building and leading teams that had high team morale and successfully drove products from ideation to launch
- Are comfortable with processing strategy and translating it into tactical plans
- Are capable of comfortably operating business metrics and assessing products from an economic perspective
- Are customer-minded with a high-quality standard for the product to be delivered
- Possess excellent leadership, and team management skills and are a collaborative motivator
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to take data-based decisions
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bring a proactive mindset of 'How we can make this better', combined with a 'Growing as a human being' approach'
What the job involves
- As a Director of Product, you’ll be tasked with translating our business strategy into the product vision
- Translating business strategy into product vision
- Driving the evolution of our product roadmap that ensures the best positioning in the marketplace and drives revenue growth
- Strategizing on the long-term positioning of new product features
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to provide alignment across various departments
- Ensuring a timely and successful delivery of customer value from the Product and Tech teams
- Leading, guiding, and developing the Product team, currently comprised of Product Owner, UX Design and Customer Insights
Our take
With excess data stores like the cloud filling up servers, it’s important that the mass amounts of data that businesses now handle is managed in a secure and streamlined way. Looking to oversee customers data quality, control, and protection is Jentis, a new-age data capture platform.
Using a server-side approach rather than the more traditional client-side (which can be complex with multiple parties involved), the company helps it’s customers track and oversee client journeys across their sites. A huge attraction of the company is that it covers a broad range of services which bypasses the need for multiple backend integrations.
A recent funding round will allow the company to continue its rapid growth journey in data capture and management services. With customers across several fields such as eCommerce and health, all looking to own their data in one place and securely, Jentis has the chance to grow alongside the increase in importance of data storage compliance.
