Project Manager, Torq

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the confidence and ability to create, structure, and present messages to senior audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers
• Demonstrated leadership abilities; tactful and effective in various situations
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or PSA tools

• Torq is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Customer Organization
• This role will report into the Customer Org PMO group
• Lead and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of Torq services to achieve strategic goals and milestones internally and externally
• Collaborate with our PS, CSE, and CSM teams to monitor and address customer requirements, requests, and deliverables
• Define project goals, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational strategy
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources
• Standardize project documentation in collaboration with other teams, evolving processes as needed to meet business requirements
