Role
Who you are
- Experience leading teams of Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy trained machine learning models into production environments
- Exposure to a range of models developed using common frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- A Software Engineering mindset, championing the best practices and developing applications in Python
- Technical experience of cloud architecture, security, deployment, and open-source tools ideally with a major could platform (AWS, GCP, Azure,) Terraform & Docker/ Kubernetes
- Deploy outstanding verbal and written communication when working with external customers to build complex solutions
What the job involves
- Designing, building, and deploying production-grade software, infrastructure, and MLOps systems that leverage machine learning
- Working with our customers in the Government & Public Sector space to solve a broad range of high-impact problems in the defence and national security space
- Support technical and non-technical stakeholders to build software and infrastructure that leverages Machine Learning and deploy Machine Learning to solve real-world problems
- Leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers and managers to deliver technically sophisticated, high-impact systems
- Work with our commercial team as an technical SME for the purpose of bid writing, technical pre-sales and defining software architecture for solutions

The team have developed a platform with large cloud computing space for accessing large amounts of data usable to design and test AI models.
