- Currently studying economics with a focus on finance and a strong drive to learn new things

What the job involves
- Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Working Student in Accounting to join our team!
- In your role as a Working Student in Accounting, you will be responsible for managing the company's payable accounts efficiently and accurately
- Your primary duties will involve processing invoices, verifying transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and managing travel expense transactions
- Review and process employee travel expenses in accordance with company policies. Reconcile travel expenses with supporting documentation and receipts
- Code travel expense transactions with appropriate accounts, VAT codes, and cost centers. Communicate with employees regarding any discrepancies or payment inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations
- Handle ad hoc requests as assigned by management

The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and sometimes lacks supportive examination boards.
