Who you are

Strong Skills in Java, Kotlin, and Scala: Demonstrated expertise in these programming languages, following standard methodologies
Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns, with proven ability to apply them effectively
Algorithm Knowledge: Solid understanding of sophisticated algorithms and their application in real-time service configurations
Component and Unit Testing Frameworks: Extensive experience with component and unit testing frameworks and CICD tools to ensure quality and coverage
Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor and optimize the performance of microservices, adding new capabilities as needed
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
Agile Methodologies: Experience with scrum/agile methodologies, actively participating in ceremonies to drive project success
Experience using source control tools like git and svn

Develop and Maintain Microservices: Create and sustain a suite of microservices (JVM based) for our personalization framework, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability
Feature Implementation: Successfully implement product feature requests by applying sophisticated algorithms and optimizing real-time services
Code Refactoring and Maintenance: Engage in continuous code refactoring activities to improve the quality and performance of our services
Unit Testing: Apply your extensive expertise in unit testing frameworks to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and employ CICD tools to identify and fill any gaps in coverage
Monitoring and Health Metrics: Supervise the health metrics of our services, adding new monitoring capabilities to ensure performance and stability
On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotations to maintain the stability and normal operations of the entire services stack
Collaborative Development: Work closely with a team of engineers, actively participating in scrum/agile ceremonies to ensure seamless collaboration and project success
