What the job involves
- Own and prioritize your product line and organize your team to deliver the best results
- You will own all things related to conversion rate including analytics, UX and market prioritization
- Add features that increase our impact in the market
- Maximize usage from our existing customers and prospects
- Monitor and report improvements, trends and goals to the rest of the team
- Own and track the quality of the work on your team
- Own documentation updates of your product line
- Unlock customers with new concepts and ideas
- Own direct deposit switching
