Who you are

Experience: 1+ years of working experience in customer service or a related field
Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating the Windows operating system
Key Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to ethical conduct
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Schedule / in-office requirements: This is a fully remote position
Equipment: Must provide your own personal computer and hardwire internet connection (no Macs)

What the job involves

Answer incoming sales calls from customers and schedule appointments
Gather information about the customer's needs and provide accurate quotes. Schedule jobs appropriately
Communicate with local franchise owners and managers as needed
Use a script to ensure that all calls are handled consistently and professionally
Answer questions from team members and supervisors via MS Teams
Communicate regularly with your supervisor to discuss call types, ways to improve, and gain efficiencies
Meet sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis
Enter customer information into the CRM system
Works 5 days a week with availability to work weekend days (schedule may vary 9 AM - 6 PM PST) Off days: Monday & Tuesday
