Senior Product Manager, SmartAsset

• The ideal candidate is a product builder at heart, deeply empathetic to user needs, and passionate about solving complex problems in the financial advisor space
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large, greenfield projects from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in content creation and marketing. Minimum 1 year of experience in building AI products required
• A deep-seated user empathy and a passion for uncovering and solving their most pressing problems, with a demonstrated ability to translate user needs into product features
• Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making and business impact. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and A/B testing are required
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to communicate via phone calls and/or video conferences (mainly for concierge and sales roles)

• This role will be pivotal in shaping and launching a new marketing content creation application for financial advisors, powered by generative AI
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for a new generative AI-powered marketing content creation application for financial advisors, taking the product from a "0 to 1" state
• Conduct in-depth user research and market analysis to identify and champion the most critical user needs, ensuring that the product roadmap is laser-focused on solving the right problems
• Lead the product discovery process, gathering and ruthlessly prioritizing requirements from internal stakeholders and financial advisors based on data and user impact
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality application
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and user feedback
• Serve as the primary product owner for the application, managing the product roadmap, backlog, and user testing processes
• Effectively communicate the product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and financial advisors
