Who you are
- 0-2 years of experience managing paid marketing channels, preferably within the crypto or finance industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including search, social, and app-based advertising
- Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & Apple Search Ads
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
- Self-starter who requires minimal direction and can manage projects independently
- Passionate about cryptocurrency and the Web3 ecosystem
What the job involves
- Lead experimentation efforts with a focus on paid search, including test and learn design and execution, to improve conversion rates across channels
- Analyze campaign performance across various performance marketing channels and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative strategies based on industry best practices and data-driven learnings
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, finance, legal, and product teams to support marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize Gemini’s performance marketing channels across app and web to drive scalable growth while maintaining CAC and LTV
- Oversee tracking and reporting for marketing channels in collaboration with marketing analytics teams
- Implement and monitor A/B tests to drive performance improvements across all channels
- Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices to continuously refine marketing strategies
