Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial modeling and strategic analysis — preferably within SaaS, investment, or consulting environments
- Proven experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role with 5 years of experience or more
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel — comfortable building and enhancing models to support complex business decisions
- Excellent communication skills — able to confidently present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and the metrics that drive them
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and bring forward ideas that drive continuous improvement

What the job involves
- Demandbase is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. You will report to the Head of Corporate FP&A
- You’ll play a key role in supporting leadership with accurate forecasting and actionable insights to drive profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making
- Lead the consolidation of financial forecasts across all three financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Own global headcount reporting and analytics, including regular updates for leadership and close collaboration with the People and Recruiting teams
- Manage hosting and COGS-related costs across multiple vendors in partnership with the Cloud Engineering team
- Partner with Accounting to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly expense forecast, ensuring alignment with financial close processes
- Collaborate with Procurement on PO approvals, data integrity, and assessing impacts on expense and cash forecasts
- Work with Real Estate and Facilities teams on office planning, openings, and budgeting
- Drive the annual planning process and manage ongoing Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) analysis
- Support the preparation and consolidation of financials for board materials and executive-level presentations
- Serve as the system owner for the financial planning tool, ensuring it is used consistently, efficiently, and effectively across the FP&A team
