• Manage company wide project workstreams from planning to execution
• 3 to 5 years experience working as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Recruiter supporting creative, technical, and/or marketing stakeholders
• 3 to 5 years experience in the following:
• Working cross-functionally and a self-starter
• Communicating across all levels of an organization
• Working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects
• Using a data-driven approach to solving problems
• Synthesizing data and making recommendations
• Solid organizational skills
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including navigating complex ambiguity
• A love for gaming

Desirable

• Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition
• Partner with department leads and talent acquisition team to build a scalable model for supporting interns as their intern manager
• Design and deliver programs that provide participants with a meaningful experience and equitable experience, attracting and converting top intern talent to potential employee
• Build a strong program support structure
• Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the internship program
• Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners
• Partner with preferred universities across the country, building strong relationships with professors and key stakeholders
