What the job involves
- At Freshpaint, the Engineering Manager will report directly to the Head of Engineering and play a key role in scaling the engineering organization. This role is an opportunity to shape how healthcare companies acquire patients through smarter data and infrastructure. As the Engineering Manager, you’ll ... Lead and grow a small, high-impact engineering team focused on delivering mission-critical features to our customers
- Conduct thoughtful and rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering quality and velocity. This individual will set standards within the team in both process and code quality
- Partner with Product, Support Engineering, and Customer Success to scope and deliver projects that directly impact business goals
- Support your team through strong technical mentorship, architectural guidance, and clear feedback
- Establish and continuously improve engineering processes that reduce friction and accelerate delivery
- Provide hands-on support in architecture and debugging without needing to be a daily IC
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to align execution with company strategy
